Handled-call overage: Core $1.50 per call, Managed and Pro $1.00 per call. No surprises: you'll see the count in your monthly summary, and we'll flag a tier change before it costs you extra.

Pays for itself if it books one job a month.

$249/mo beats a $300 average ticket. Every booked job after that is margin.

The average small shop misses 20 to 30 percent of inbound calls, and about a quarter of those were real job leads. That leak runs $20,000 to $45,000 a year. A flat $249 costs 6.7 percent of it. DIY AI tools charge $29 to $119 a month and leave the setup, monitoring, and 9 PM fixes to you. Human answering services run $235 to $500+ a month and mostly take messages. One flat rate, the agent maintained for you, and the math runs on your real numbers first.

Not sure which tier? Start with the math, not the tech.

The $1,000 AI Assessment puts real numbers on your call flow first: what you're missing, what it's worth, what's worth automating. If you convert to Managed Pro, the full $1,000 comes off your setup. The assessment report becomes the build spec, so the agent we build answers YOUR calls, not a template's.

Straight answers

Pricing questions, answered before you ask.

What counts as a "handled call"?
A call your agent picks up and works: answers, triages, books, or takes a message. Spam and robocalls get screened and don't count. Your monthly summary shows the count so the cap is never a guess.
What happens if I go over my call cap?
The agent keeps answering; extra calls bill at the overage rate for your tier ($1.50 on Core, $1.00 on Managed and Pro). We watch the counts weekly and flag you before a heavier month surprises you. If you're consistently over, moving up a tier is usually cheaper.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The setup fee is the only one-time cost, and Pro converts from the assessment get it credited.
Why is there a setup fee at all?
Because a good agent isn't a template. We build it around your services, your calendar, your way of taking messages, then test it on real call flows before it goes live. $300 covers that build. Assessment converts on Pro have it fully credited.
Can I bring my own phone number?
Yes. The agent can answer your existing business line. If you'd rather keep your main number untouched, we can set up a forwarded or dedicated line. Your call, made on the kickoff call.
What if the AI can't handle a call?
It takes a detailed message and flags it instead of guessing. On Pro, that transcript gets reviewed in your weekly report. The agent is built to know what it doesn't know.
